Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch therapy that partners with the body’s innate intelligence. Through neutral and spacious touch BCST aligns whole body systems towards balance and original health.
This form of bodywork brings rest, ease, and reset to old patterns. It restores the connection to self, orients to resource, nourishes the nervous system, and supports wellness, capacity, and vibrancy in the body.
Our bodies are incredibly intelligent. Their design and systems are always orienting towards this intelligence and original blueprint of Health. However, as we move through the profound experience of being human, we may experience both physical and emotional traumas that can deplete our ability to return to the vitality of this optimum state.
BCST begins by recognizing whole body intelligence and innate Health. The practitioner witnesses Health in the client with listening hands placed in various holds along the body. Placement may include the head, neck, shoulders, spine, and sacrum, to attune to the body's systems including nervous system states, the fascial matrix, fluids, and movement of tissues.
Using gentle, spacious touch, neutrality and deep embodied knowing, the practitioner supports the clients system towards a parasympathetic nervous state and quiet stillness. It is in this restful place that the body can begin to resource itself, and connect back to its deep knowing of how to heal.
BCST supports rest, ease, and reset. It restores the connection to self, orients to resource, nourishes the nervous system, and supports wellness, capacity, and vibrancy in the body. It can support:
